How We Started

Background
The business was founded primarily to provide service initially to the Security Industry in terms of manpower management and the major tools the industry would need to provide digitized services. 

With more than 35 years’ experience in managing access control and patrolling, our team went to work in developing our own software with capabilities to enhance the experience and reporting functions of these specific device management systems.

Having made use of other products to conduct access control and patrolling, we found that the systems we used lacked some of the basics to make them truly exceptional.
June 2019
FuzionManagement Services then entered into the initial design and scope for both of these devices in June 2019 and full software development in September 2019.

The development concluded in March 2020 and we went into testing for 3 months between April 2020 and June 2020
July 2020
Product Launch
These systems were provided to the market in July 2020 on the backend of understanding that we had developed the most incredible and unrivalled products for the Security Industry.

Enhancements
Realising that our products were in the top 2 of opposition companies in our field, we have continued to enhance these device management tools with further development and we continue to drive towards enhancing our software which has limitless opportunities due to our own software programming and development.

As an example, we initially entered the access control market with an entry level system that would ensure all access control at each entry point was conclusively delivered upon with all the necessary related data to scan a person and/or their vehicle into any premises.
The reporting was top notch and the device management allowed personnel making use of the device to understand that the person and the vehicle in front of them was the person or the vehicle scanned in, timed in and then timed out when they left and offered high quality reporting in a live environment.
The offering of pre-booking important clients was available via QR codes and we were able to take photos and have a basic indemnity document available.  

What we did from there was to enhance the device software and create a premium package which provides advanced features which now include being able to book every passenger in a vehicle in, the ability to offer full time and attendance either for staff or contractors, are reception area access solution and other enhancements such as offering extended period QR code invitations for clients who have frequent visitors.  

We can now confidently say we have two major Security Industry device management systems that are unrivalled.
April 2022
Staying in the security space, we went into design and scope for a Firearm Management System (FAMS) in April 2022.
Development started in June 2022 and we went into testing for two months in November 2022.

January 2023
Product Launch
We launched the FAMS product in January 2023 and has been an immediate hit among companies who own firearm assets and have moved themselves into the digital space.

We have partnered with high level clients in the Security Industry already with 170 security companies having joined our journey so far, with the likes of Stallion Security on board making use of our entire product range.

March 2023
We decided to push the bar a bit and move into a different sphere of technology managed systems.
Along came fleet management but with a twist.
Our fleet management system is in current further development but what we do have is novel in South Africa – not because it is not available, but because we have designed a full fleet management system that is on a single platform.

The initial design was with security companies in mind where, particularly the Armed Response Industry had their personnel, vehicle and firearm assets out and about without much management or people assistance and huge vulnerability.

Experiencing what we were putting together, we soon realised that our fleet management system by design, gave us full access to any industry where fleets were being managed.
