The The Fuzion Management Services Guard Monitoring System.
As with all of our device management systems, Fuzion Track has no capital outlay and we provide this service to any company on a month-to-month contract basis. There is no fixed term contract and we have confidence that our relationship will be an everlasting one.
Guard monitoring specific for patrolling purposes is a critical component of service excellence to any client where premises patrolling is required. Digitising this process is equally critical and the Fuzion Track system is the best in the business.
The bespoke solution provides a complete start to finish patrolling process and even with load shedding where GSM services go down, the patrols can still be concluded in an off-line mode.
There will never be an excuse as to why a patrol cannot be completed and once GSM signal is returned, it will automatically update and will provide a report with the patrol points completed.

The system is at all times live and provides functions such as a panic for Guard distress, the offline mode mentioned, call me functionality should the Guard need to speak to someone, operational communication via Telegram and is provided with a charger, the patrol device, software and reporting functionality.
Each client is set up on their own profile and Fuzion Management Services will set up individual profiles per client should the need for this be required. This is great for profiles where there are multiple Managers who operate their own portfolios and will then have access to their own client base reports.
Clients can also be set up to receive reports automatically and the system can be monitored by a central point within each company’s infrastructure. Fuzion Management is in a position to monitor all devices for the company, although this will be an additional cost.

The set-up of the Guard Monitoring itself is simplistic and requires very basic skill as it is plug and play.
We provide all the required equipment to get the system operational. The device is android based with software pre-loaded and therefore requires a charged device only to operate it.
The patrol points provided are installed at strategic and designed areas which are then tagged to the device specific to the site. From here, it’s a case of receiving the prompts via the device and patrol in accordance to that.
One of the strategic developments of this software was to ensure the Security Officer patrolled on different patrol routes, in order for sequences to be broken and allowed the Security Officer to proceed on a random patrol route each patrol. The patrols are timed and in essence, the device creates the perfect tool to ensure all patrols are completed with validated data and full reporting for KPI management.
