The Fuzion Access system, specifically designed to ensure 100% access control within any industry where the control of people and related reporting is essential.
As with all of our device management systems, Fuzion Access has no capital outlay, and we provide this service to any company on a month-to-month contract basis. There is no fixed term contract, and we have confidence that our relationship will be an everlasting one.
Fuzion Access has been designed around offering either our Access Control System or our Premium Access Control System. Pricing and related uses will play a role in deciding which system to align your business to. Don’t be fooled though because both are specifically designed to ensure full access control functionality with high level reporting.
The primary development on both of these systems, is to ensure that full access control can be digitally backed up by scanned data recovered from driving licences, Identity Documents and vehicle licence discs.
The data is phenomenal and provides every aspect of information to ensure the person within your premises, is accounted for with personal and vehicle detail that is verified.
- 2D scanning for driving licences, Identity Books and vehicle licence discs which scans within 1 second, reducing delays at high volume gate control points

- Full reporting which allows you to understand who has entered, who the visitor went to see, how many visitors were on site for the hour, day, week or month, allows you to see if anyone is still on the premises, if any alerts were created at access point and separate profiles for users, be that for your own client or for the client him/herself

- Set-up of profiles for various people for management purposes. This is great for Senior Managers to have access to multiple profiles, or for specific people profiles such as Area Managers, Clients etc

- Full FLUSS integration which allows the Security Officer to open and close booms or gates without any physical involvement once visitor is signed in

- Multiple gate access and egress which deals with data that does not duplicate itself should a visitor enter at one gate and leave via a different gate, thus creating false reporting as this would leave a gap in the report

- Full time and attendance for either employees or contractors, by way of the device itself via QR codes or biometric within your building with full reporting
- Note, the time and attendance are not linked to any payroll packages due to the extent of these programmes
- It does however provide full reporting for each person by time, date and total hours
- A Reception function where any reception area can be set up either on a desktop, laptop or tablet where visitors entering the building can be signed in and allocated to specific employees
- The ability to sign in all passengers in a vehicle at point of entry and exit
